1. Edinburgh Castle: The castle is right in the centre of Edinburgh, 
people have been living here from around 600BC. If you visit the castle
you can see the the Scottish Crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny
an ancient stone on which all the Scottish Kings were crowned. At 1pm
everyday the one o'clock gun is fired from the castle ramparts - you will 
jump with fright guaranteed!. The castle also has the world famous 
Military Tattoo Festival, you can see Pipes and Drums and
fantastic military performers from all over the world. 
            

 

2. Forth Railway Bridge: Once considered one of the Wonders of the World 
the railway bridge was built in the 1880's, it is an unforgettable sight, even 
more fun when you cross over it on the train.

 




3. Greyfriars Bobby: Bobby was a little Skye Terrier. When Bobby's Master 
died, Bobby would sneak into the graveyard every night to be close to him. 
All the children in the neighbourhood fed and looked after Bobby, even in 
winter Bobby would still sleep beside his Master. Bobby the little dog did 
this for 14 years until he finally passed away, he was buried next to his 
Master and became famous throughout the world because of his love 
and devotion.
