Toffee's healthy snacks

SMOOTHIES

You will need:
1 can of strawberries
in juice or fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 can of apricots in fruit juice
1/4 pint of orange juice
Toffee's smoothie

1. Empty all the canned fruit and peel the banana.
2. Get an adult to blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser or use a hand blender in a large pint jug.
3. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Toffee loves strawberries but you can use your favourite fruits....


FRUIT KEBABS

You will need:
Strawberries
Grapes
Bananas
Kiwis
Apple
Wooden Skewers
Scissors What to do:
1. Wash all the fruit
2. Get an adult to chop the kiwi apple and banana into bite sizes
3. Get an adult to remove the end spike from the skewer (by scissors)
4. Now add your fruit to the skewer
5. Your fruit kebabs are now ready to eat
