Toffee
1. Heat oven to 190c/375 F gas mark 5. Grease baking tray.
2. Cream the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the flour and ground rice and mix well, using hands,
knead well to bring mixture together.
4. Roll out into a
rectangle, cut into
finger shapes and 
decorate top with 
fork markings.
Bake for 20 mins.
